@Silverchild79,
I think this whole thing is a publicity stunt. They want to get in the eyes as being 'the good guys' who let their hostages go after they've been questioned. From all i've seen, it looks like they've been treated well (ie, not tortured or starved) and with this, they are trying to get in the good graces of borderline supporting nations of them.

@Silverchild79,
That's my take on it also. I think they seized the opportunity when the sailors got close , knowing the Brits would not fire at them. Then they went through a 2 week stand-off just for publicity. This might convince some people that they are reasonable , but not me.

@Silverchild79,
We need to complicate Iran's life as much as possible. There should be a covert war underway against it at all times. We should employ a third-party, renegade state to kidnap and assassinate its leaders. Iran is a rogue nation, along with North Korea, which should not be given a moment's rest. It's an incompetent version of Nazi Germany. :no:

If they were reasonable they wouldn't of taken them in the first place.

@Silverchild79,
briansol's got it.

A publicity stunt, no doubt.

And I will also agree that they are not good guys, and that Drnaline's statement about them being reasonable is also accurate.

@Silverchild79,
They aren't reasonable, they're just intelligent (some).
