If anyone thought for a second that Powell was not going to endorse Obama it would have had an impact but otherwise it means nothing.

It means nothing ? He is a former National Security Adviser,Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secratay of State.

Not to mention a retired four-star general. His endorsement carries a lot of weight.

Wasn't that long ago some people were wanting Powell on the Republican ticket,he obviously thinks Obama is the better man for the job
